Submission Details

Note that there are several submission categories. Please see Call for Submission at a Glance. For submission guidelines please refer to the Website: http://ismar.vgtc.org/ismar/2015/info/call-participation/submission-guidelines#Others
  • Papers: Papers (3-6 pages) should articulate research that is practice-based. All successful applicants will be required to make an oral presentation. Also if they want, they can present a (live or video) demo relating to their publication. Accepted papers will also be published in the ISMAR MASH'D Proceedings and included in IEEE Xplore.
  • Posters: Posters (2 pages) will be published in the MASH'D proceedings and included in IEEE Xplore. Successful applicants will make a 5-minute teaser presentation during the paper/poster sessions. Please note that they will be able to select either poster or demo as a presentation style.
  • Demos: To submit your proposal, please visit ISMAR 2015 Demonstrations Submission System on Easychair. This year, S&T and MASH'D Demos are jointly collected using this system. Demos submission should consist of a 2 pages extended abstract and a list of requirements (if any) for the demo to take place. The format of the extended abstract is the same as poster submission. However it will not be published in ISMAR IEEE Xplore proceedings. Therefore if you want to make a demo and a publication in IEEE Xplore, please submit your work to paper/poster category. This demo submission category is for those who want to make a demo presentation without publication. (The submitted article will be included only in ISMAR USB stick)
  • Panels: Panel applicants will be required to submit a 1-page abstract detailing panel topic, content and participants. Please submit panel abstracts to julian.stadon[at]fh-salzburg.ac.at

Papers, posters and demos are to use the online submission system, where as Panel proposals are to be emailed directly to MASH’D Chair, Julian Stadon. julian.stadon[at]fh-salzburg.ac.at
