Author Registration
One person can register multiple papers as long as that person is a co-author on each of the papers.

• S&T Full and Short papers *MUST* have at least one registered author (this can be a student) no later than 15 July 2015.
• All papers and posters except for S&T Full and Short papers *MUST* have at least one registered author (this can be a student) no later than 10 August 2015.
• Demo presenters *MUST* have at lease one registered author no later than 22 September 2015.

VISA

Visa information for entering Japan can be found at http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/, but it is advised to contact the Consular Section of local Embassy or Consulate General of Japan. Please allow enough time for obtaining visa because it can take one to two months. Visa letters will only be issued to presenters, committee members, and attendees who have paid the registration fee in full. If you need to have documents for visa application, please fill Request Form of ISMAR2015 Necessary Items For Visa Application . If you need to have just an invitation letter of ISMAR2015, please fill Request Form of ISMAR2015 Invitation Letter .
